Choco Vanilla Deliciousness!

This is one of the more interesting paint schemes we’ve done of late, comprising of a zig-zag break between Porsche ‘Pastel Yellow’ and Fiat ‘Punk Grey’ from the 2009 Fiat 500 range.  We went through a million variations on paper with this design as the customer was one of those people that needed a lot of guidance and changed their mind every second day. In the end however, what I think we have here is one of those rare paint jobs that is not only challenging but also one where you go “You know what, normally I wouldn’t have chosen it, but now that I see it, it looks pretty damn cool.”

    Oh now we’re talking!
    That looks awesome.

Yeah, it’s a pretty cool paint scheme. I wouldn’t mind trying to find some orange flake and doing an entire frame in the Punk Grey with an orange pearl/flake in the clearcoat. I think that would look very cool.

You can make an all-grey frame with the orange clear coat and send it my way. Cyclocross set up, 58cm tt. And hooded drops, please. Why the paragon set up on this bike?

I like the fact the disc mount is integrated, hence the Paragon dropouts. I’d really love to do the punk grey with HOK orange metalflake in the clearcoat, so I’m good to go if you are Andrew!
